Development of the infrastructure and institutional capacity of the Bialystok Science and Technology Park to support innovative enterprises – investor supervision

Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive multidisciplinary investor supervision service for the development of the Bialystok Science and Technology Park, covering a hall with installations and site works, a Building Management System, additional CT and office rooms, podcast and adapted ITiA rooms, and electric vehicle charging stations. The service is planned for 15 months from contract signature, with possible supervision-related activities for up to two additional months and defined duties during the construction works’ warranty period of up to seven years. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 09:00. A PLN 6,000 tender guarantee is required, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
