Organisation of study visits for students of the School Complex in Suchowola and the Agricultural School Complex in Sokółka

The procurement covers the comprehensive organisation and delivery of three domestic study visits for students of schools in Suchowola and Sokółka. Bids may be submitted for all three lots. The services include coach transport with drivers, accommodation, meals, accident insurance, an educator, required personal protective equipment, tickets and all other services necessary for delivery of the programme. Lot 1 is a three-day visit for 33 students and supervisors, with 34 people transported, from 23 to 25 September 2026. Lot 2 is a four-day visit for 22 students and supervisors, with 23 people transported, from 5 to 8 October 2026. Lot 3 is a three-day visit for 44 students and supervisors, with 45 people transported, from 19 to 21 October 2026. The procurement is reserved for entities meeting the statutory social-employment conditions. The submission deadline is 27 August 2026. Price carries 60% and the employment of persons with disabilities during contract performance carries 40%.
