Physiotherapy Assessment and Medical Rehabilitation Services in Bielsk Subregion under the Employment Activity Project

Summary

The tender concerns on-site physiotherapy assessments and medical rehabilitation services, including kinesitherapy and massage, for 300 project participants in Bielsk subregion, with an option for up to 200 additional participants. Services will be provided in Bielsko Podlaskie and/or another location designated by the contracting authority within the subregion, in facilities provided by the contractor. The contract runs until 31 December 2028, and the option may be exercised in whole or in part until 1 July 2028. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 00:00. A tender guarantee of PLN 2,200 is required. Evaluation is based on price (80%), a social employment clause concerning a social economy entity (5%), and the team assigned to perform the contract (15%).
