Comprehensive service for organizing and delivering a four-day domestic study trip to Żuławy – tradition and modernity in agriculture and water management

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive organization and delivery of a four-day domestic study trip to Żuławy for 43 participants from 19 to 22 October 2026, under the theme “Żuławy – tradition and modernity in agriculture and water management”. The contractor must provide coach transport from Kalsk to Żuławy and during the trip, accommodation, full-board catering, participant insurance, a tour leader and complete organizational support. The programme must include visits to farms, institutions, hydraulic facilities and water drainage systems, as well as processing demonstrations and workshops, expert meetings and an information and networking meeting. The service must be completed by 15 November 2026 at the latest if the alternative date is used. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 12:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100 points.
