Summary

Oslo University Hospital HF is procuring one particle counter for characterising extracellular vesicles, lipid nanovesicles and other nanoparticles, including measurements of particle concentration, size distribution and zeta potential in line with MISEV2023 guidelines. The instrument will also support fluorescence-based phenotypic quantification and colocalisation using 488 nm and 640 nm lasers. The procurement includes options for a 405 nm laser supplied and installed with the instrument or retrofitted later, five offline data-analysis licences, and service agreements or services. Delivery and installation are to take place in room 02.05.238 of the Life Sciences Building, no earlier than 15 December 2026.
