Summary
Statsbygg is procuring an inverted super-resolution fluorescence microscope for the University of Oslo’s Life Sciences building. The system must support SMLM, SIM and TIRF imaging and include a stage incubation chamber with CO₂ and temperature control, a motorized stage with holders for slides and multiwell plates, and two computers with software for microscope control, image analysis and post-processing—one located outside the BSL-3 laboratory.
