Tjøme Centre – Stage 3

Summary

The tender concerns construction of water and sewerage infrastructure for stage 3 of the Tjøme centre project in Færder municipality. The works include separating the existing stormwater and wastewater systems, installing new water pipelines, excavation, rock drilling, pipeline renovation and reinstatement of affected roads. The estimated value is NOK 66,000,000 and the tender submission deadline is 7 October 2026. The contract is divided into an interaction phase followed by an execution phase and will be performed as a main contract. The estimated quantities include approximately 2,170 m of main trenches, 1,730 m of stormwater pipelines, 1,750 m of sewage pipelines and 2,170 m of water pipelines, together with 95 m of drilling, 480 m of pipeline renovation and a total of 78 water, stormwater and wastewater manholes. Quality and price each account for 50% of the evaluation. Climate and environmental matters are not assessed as a separate award criterion; instead, the tender documents contain specific requirements, including use of an electric lorry for transport to and from temporary storage areas, vehicle emission classes, logistics and material-reuse requirements, waste management, prevention of invasive species spread, revegetation, low-temperature asphalt and measures to prevent plastic waste from spreading. Electronic invoicing is required.
