Fully automatic tissue staining system for IHC/ISH with LIS integration, service and maintenance contract, and a framework agreement for consumables

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a fully automatic tissue staining system for pathology to enable immunohistochemical (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) procedures, including LIS integration and a service and maintenance contract as well as a framework agreement for consumables. The contract covers delivery of the device to the point of use, complete installation and commissioning, and user training. In addition, a 48-month framework contract will cover the supply of reagents and consumables necessary for the system, with consumables delivered on an as-needed basis. Optional maintenance and service are requested. Delivery of the device shall take place after award; all installation, commissioning and acceptance, as well as invoicing, must be completed no later than 18 December 2026.
