Supply of training simulators and medical equipment

Summary

This procurement is divided into five lots for delivery to the teaching facilities of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Tarnobrzeg: arm and leg training models; eye and ear examination training models; medical furniture; medical equipment; and child, infant, adult and newborn simulators. Bids may cover one or more lots. Bidders must submit the technical specification and detailed price form for each lot bid for and demonstrate that the proposed products meet the technical requirements. Equivalent products are permitted, but the bidder bears the cost of proving equivalence. Delivery is due no later than 18 December 2026; delivery by 11 December or 4 December 2026 earns additional evaluation points. The minimum warranty is 24 months; warranties of 27 or 30 months earn additional points. Evaluation weights are price 60%, delivery time 20% and warranty period 20%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 7 October 2026. No specific turnover, previous-experience or staffing qualification requirements are set. No bid security or contract performance security is required.
