Supply of 779 portable indoor and outdoor air-quality monitors

Summary

The procurement is for 779 portable indoor and outdoor air-quality monitors, including the software, application and licences needed to use them. At a minimum, the devices must measure CO2, PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 particles, volatile organic compounds, temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure. The application must support device configuration, live readings, data storage and export in standard formats, and, where applicable, integration with the IMPaCT Cohort data platforms. The devices must be portable, lightweight and robust, with battery life of at least one week. The supplier must deliver the devices to 52 locations in Spain and provide software licences, free updates, technical support and a two-year warranty covering repair or replacement of defective devices. Delivery is due by the end of October 2026; a replacement or usable device must be provided within no more than 10 calendar days. The estimated contract value is €140,220 excluding VAT (€169,666.20 including VAT). Offers are assessed on price (95 points) and an extended warranty period (up to 5 points). Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar supplies, and submit a sample of the proposed monitor with technical documentation.
