Area development of the Badhuis site in Westerbork
Summary
The Municipality of Midden-Drenthe, in cooperation with housing association Woonservice, is procuring the integrated development of the Badhuis site in Westerbork. The project covers approximately 8,300 m² and includes around 30–40 homes and the landscaping of green, climate-adaptive public space. The contract is for one lot and is planned to run for 48 months.
