Inspection, maintenance, repair, renovation and replacement of roof coverings

Summary

Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe is establishing a framework agreement for roof-covering work on buildings and installations across its service area. The work includes inspections, preventive maintenance and cleaning, repairs, renovation and replacement, together with associated insulation, roof details, materials and removal of waste. There are no lots. The estimated value is approximately EUR 150,000 excluding VAT per year, or EUR 900,000 over the initial term and extensions, with a total ceiling of EUR 1,800,000 excluding VAT. The agreement runs initially for 48 months, with two possible 12-month extensions; annual roof inspections are included from 1 January 2028.
