Maintenance, renovation and repair of concrete structures

Summary

Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe is establishing a framework agreement for planned and call-off concrete maintenance, renovation and repair at its civil structures and other concrete assets in the Veluwe area. Work includes repairing cracks, spalling and corrosion damage; removing damaged concrete and preparing surfaces; applying repair mortars, coatings and protective systems; and carrying out visual inspections, advising on defects, and handling resulting materials and waste. The procurement has one lot. The indicative value is approximately €300,000 excluding VAT per year and €1.8 million over the contract term, with a ceiling of €2.7 million excluding VAT. The initial term is 48 months, with two possible 12-month extensions.
