Stichting 113 Zelfmoordpreventie is procuring a full-service digital partner to develop, migrate, host, manage and maintain its websites through a central platform with one CMS and a shared asset library. The scope includes the main websites, an LMS, a webshop and other named digital services, together with their content and integrations. This is a single-lot framework agreement with one supplier, a maximum value of €2,700,000 excluding VAT and an initial term from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2030, with extension options of three and two years.
