Permitting, Supervision and Enforcement Case Management System

Summary

Omgevingsdienst Drenthe is procuring a replacement case management system for its permitting, supervision and enforcement processes. The contract covers a remotely accessible SaaS solution, including implementation and integrations, data migration, initial staff training, technical management and maintenance, and support for system management and use. The system is to be implemented by 31 December 2027; the initial contract term is five years, with up to four optional two-year extensions, for a maximum term of 13 years. The procurement is not divided into lots.
