Works framework agreement

Summary

The Municipality of Zwijndrecht is procuring civil engineering works in public spaces under a framework agreement, with no division into lots. The works include reconstruction, replacement and maintenance of roads, streets, squares, cycle paths and footpaths, as well as sewerage, water-management facilities, earthworks, paving, public-space infrastructure, traffic measures and temporary works. The estimated total value is approximately €78 million excluding VAT, with a maximum framework value of €140 million excluding VAT; the agreement is intended to cover an initial four years, with two possible one-year extensions.
