Full-truckload road transport of general cargo throughout Europe for the Defence Logistics Ecosystem

Summary

The Dutch Ministry of Defence is procuring guaranteed full-truckload road transport capacity for general cargo throughout Europe, for use in routine operations, readiness activities and emergency situations. The transport may cover cargo owned by the Ministry or by third parties. The single-lot framework agreement is planned to run from 1 November 2027 for seven years, with extensions of up to three years; its estimated value is €100 million and its maximum value is €305 million.
