Courier services for CEMCI publications and materials

Summary

The Centre for Municipal Studies and International Cooperation (CEMCI) is procuring an on-demand courier service to collect, transport and deliver its publications, documents and materials for its activities. The single, undivided contract covers shipments within the peninsula, regional and provincial routes, and deliveries to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The estimated two-year budget is €25,000 including VAT, with no guaranteed minimum number of shipments; the initial two-year term may be extended once by a further two years.
