Summary

Utrecht University is procuring renovation and sustainability works for the historic buildings at Janskerkhof 13, 13A and Drift 2 in Utrecht. The listed buildings date from 1648 and have a combined gross floor area of approximately 3,300 m²; the project is intended to make them suitable as offices for the next 20–30 years.
