Software brokerage services

Summary

De BedrijfsvoeringsPartner, which supports the municipalities of Barendrecht, Albrandswaard and Ridderkerk, is procuring a software brokerage service for standard software. The broker will arrange licences and subscriptions, including on-premises and cloud products, renewals, maintenance, support, updates and upgrades, and provide licence and contract management, advice, reporting and a digital portal. The procurement is not divided into lots; the estimated purchasing volume is about €3.5 million excluding VAT per year, with a maximum contract value of €16 million excluding VAT over a maximum four-year term. Custom software, Microsoft product licences and technical ICT management are outside the scope.
