Hot drinks machines and service

Summary

Regionaal Reinigingsbedrijf Avalex is procuring, in one lot, a full-service hot drinks provision for its sites in The Hague, Delft and Wassenaar. The contract covers the supply, installation, operation and maintenance of eight coffee machines, together with coffee, tea and other ingredients and consumables; around 100,000–120,000 servings are currently consumed annually. The framework agreement has an initial term of 24 months, with two possible 24-month extensions, for a maximum term of 72 months.
