Maintenance of public lighting in Dalfsen, Kampen, Ommen and Zwolle

Summary

The Municipality of Zwolle is jointly procuring public-lighting maintenance for Dalfsen, Kampen, Ommen and Zwolle in four lots, one for each municipality. The work includes a 24/7 fault-response service, repairs and damage recovery, replacement and supply of lighting columns, luminaires and components, NEN 3140 inspections, cleaning, work on supply cabinets and networks, and updating asset and maintenance records. The initial term is 24 months, with up to two 12-month extensions. Estimated annual values are €800,000 for Dalfsen, €1,000,000 for Kampen, €700,000 for Ommen and €4,000,000 for Zwolle; the stated maximum values over the full term including extensions are €1,200,000, €1,500,000, €1,050,000 and €6,000,000 respectively.
