Watercourse mowing and routine maintenance of roadside green areas

Summary

Waterschap Zuiderzeeland and the Municipality of Lelystad are procuring maintenance services in two lots in Lelystad. Lot 1 covers mowing watercourses and ecologically mowing banks and slopes, clearing cut vegetation, and cleaning level gauges and culverts. Lot 2 covers routine maintenance of roadside green areas, including trees, planting beds, hedges and grass, as well as weed control on paved surfaces and removal of sweeping debris. The estimated contract value is €6.2 million, with work planned from October 2027 to December 2028 and an option to extend by two years.
