Property fire insurance for PWN and Rijn-Kennemerland

Summary

PWN is procuring all-risks fire insurance for the property of N.V. PWN Waterleidingbedrijf Noord-Holland and N.V. Watertransportmaatschappij Rijn-Kennemerland, including buildings, installations, business equipment and inventory, goods, and additional costs. The total insured value is estimated at approximately EUR 1.3 billion. The single contract may be shared among several insurers, so partial participation is possible; the initial term is 24 or 36 months, with successive 12-month extensions and a maximum total term of 10 years, starting on 1 July 2027.
