Summary

Veiligheidsregio Drenthe is procuring a VTH case-management information system for its own advisory, permitting, supervision and enforcement work and for the regional medical assistance organisation GHOR. The single-lot contract covers the software, implementation, integrations, migration of existing case data, archiving and training; the system must also support mobile supervision, including offline use. The contract starts on 1 March 2027, runs for four years and may be extended six times for one year; its estimated total value, including extensions, is €650,000 excluding VAT and indexation.
