Temporary agency staff for outdoor services – Municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân

Summary

The Municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân is procuring a flexible supply of temporary agency staff for outdoor services under a framework agreement with up to two contractors. The roles are at job grade 7 or below, mainly grades 5 and 6, including green-space management workers, bridge operators and drivers, to cover temporary capacity needs caused by workload peaks, leave or sickness. The estimated value is EUR 2.6 million for the period from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029, with three possible one-year extensions.
