Summary

The Foundation of the Royal Netherlands Defence Museums (SKD) is procuring a six-year framework agreement with one supplier for representative workwear and its management, primarily for volunteers in public-facing roles at museums in Soesterberg, Den Helder and Rotterdam. The scope includes an initial replacement of the volunteer clothing range and subsequent orders, fitting sessions, alterations, delivery, returns, reuse and a digital clothing ordering and management system. The estimated contract value is approximately EUR 515,000, with a maximum value of EUR 600,000; the figures do not constitute a purchase commitment. Options include workwear for approximately 16 public-facing employees, additional volunteers in conservation and management, and special events.
