Objection handling system

Summary

The Province of Noord-Brabant is procuring the implementation and SaaS delivery of a case-management system for handling objections, complaints and administrative appeals, replacing its current Anago system. The work includes configuring the procedures, migrating data, integrating provincial systems, training users and providing most of the functional management. The system is intended for approximately 10–12 users and currently indicative annual volumes of 300 objections, 15 complaints and 5 administrative appeals; migration includes about 100 ongoing cases and about 200 cases completed in 2027. The contract is not divided into lots, has an initial operational term of four years and may be extended twice for two years; go-live is planned for 1 August 2027.
