Consolidation of maintenance operations for the ASP application portfolio

Summary

The French Agency for Services and Payments (ASP) is procuring application maintenance and related services under a single-lot, multi-supplier framework agreement with up to four suppliers, planned for 48 months. The scope covers service management, application takeover and initialization, enhancements, technical expertise, corrective and preventive maintenance, and transfer of applications, developments and documentation. Two initial follow-on contracts cover the Payment and Recovery of Interventions product group (estimated at €5 million) and the OSIRIS, SORGHO and named bonus-related portals and services (estimated at €2.5 million), both excluding VAT.
