Summary

Delft University of Technology is procuring one current research information system (CRIS), including implementation, migration, licensing, maintenance and portal functionality. The system will manage and integrate research metadata and outputs, support reporting and data exchange with institutional systems, and serve approximately 3,100 users. The contract is expected to start on 1 February 2027; implementation and migration are to be completed by 30 June 2027, followed by a three-year license term through 31 January 2030, with up to five one-year extensions. The estimated contract value is approximately €600,000 excluding VAT.
