Management and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations for EMCO-Groep

Summary

EMCO-Groep is seeking one contractor under a framework agreement to manage and maintain its electrical and mechanical building installations, including preventive and planned maintenance, corrective repairs, fault response and in-scope legionella management. The service covers three main locations and is intended to extend to 11 smaller locations following surveys and inventory; the indicative total value is approximately €200,000 per year. The framework has an initial four-year term with two possible two-year extensions, for a maximum of eight years.
