Support for Nature-Based Solutions in the Kathmandu Ecological Urban Renewal (KEUR) Project, Nepal

Summary

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency is procuring one integrated consultancy assignment to support the Kathmandu Ecological Urban Renewal (KEUR) project in Nepal. The work will strengthen feasibility studies and detailed designs by addressing nature-based solutions for water-retention ponds and reservoirs and groundwater recharge, integrating a sponge-city approach into resilient public green spaces, and analysing the impacts of KEUR components on Kathmandu Valley systems. The planned contract runs for 10 months in 2027, with an estimated maximum value of €300,000.
