Public sale of the Hoogstraat and Achter den Winkel redevelopment sites

Summary

The Municipality of Landgraaf is selling three residential development sites at Hoogstraat and Achter den Winkel as one package, with a combined area of approximately 6,024 m². The purchaser will develop the sites at its own cost and risk as housing areas: 3–5 houses at site 1, at least 20 apartments at site 2, and 8–10 houses at site 3. The sale also covers demolition of the existing buildings and the provision of parking and green areas, including 12 public parking spaces at site 2.
