Water Tanker Fire Engines

Summary

Veiligheidsregio IJsselland and Veiligheidsregio Fryslân are procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for eight initial water-tanker fire engines, with an option for two additional vehicles. Seven initial vehicles are intended for IJsselland and one for Fryslân; five for IJsselland and one for Fryslân are due by the end of Q2 2028, with the other two initial vehicles planned for 2029. The contract includes the warranty period, and post-warranty maintenance for up to 20 years and the two optional vehicles are optional; the agreement can also be used to order further vehicles during its term.
