Selection of a development partner for the EHAD site in Helmond

Summary

The Municipality of Helmond, together with housing associations woCom and Woonpartners, is selecting one long-term development partner for the comprehensive development of the EHAD site. The proposed urban area may include up to 520 homes and up to 50,000 m² of residential floor space, alongside up to 20,750 m² of non-residential uses, including businesses, community facilities, retail and food service. Resident and visitor parking is planned in a parking hub on the site; the partner’s remit includes planning the development and preparing a feasibility study and master plan for the area in cooperation with the other parties.
