Summary

SCOT is seeking one contractor to provide regular and periodic cleaning, including floor maintenance and glass cleaning, at its schools and other premises. The work covers approximately 14,993 m² of floor area across 15 locations; the estimated glass-cleaning area is approximately 5,622 m², with cleaning scheduled twice a year. The contract runs for 36 months from 15 July 2027, with up to five 12-month extensions.
