Delivery of hospitality training

Summary

The Netherlands Ministry of Justice and Security’s Return and Departure Service is procuring a framework agreement with one service provider to prepare, tailor, deliver and evaluate hospitality training. The scope covers three existing courses—hospitality, training trainers, and hospitality for managers—and, where requested, the development of new courses and training materials. Courses may be delivered online, in the Netherlands or abroad; the estimated volume is 12 orders during the initial two-year term and approximately eight additional courses if the agreement is extended for a further two years. The maximum contract value, including the extension, is EUR 1,000,000.
