Maintenance of UMCG home ventilation equipment

Summary

University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) is procuring maintenance for equipment used by its Home Mechanical Ventilation Centre. The scope covers life-support and non-life-support respiratory equipment; the inventory lists 2,178 and 1,098 units respectively. Rather than dividing the procurement into lots, UMCG will award two separate maintenance contracts to different service providers, one for each equipment category. The initial contract term is two years from 1 February 2027, with two possible one-year extensions.
