Action Plan for Flood Resilience in Ho Chi Minh City

Summary

The Netherlands’ Ministry of Economic Affairs, through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, is procuring an integrated flood-control and wastewater-treatment action plan for the expanded Ho Chi Minh City area. The work includes a baseline assessment, updated hydrological and 1D/2D hydraulic models, flood-risk analysis, and planning of grey-green infrastructure measures and priority investments. The plan covers 2027–2030, sets targets for 2040 and a vision to 2100, and includes at least five demonstration pilot projects. The assignment is a single contract and is not divided into lots.
