Summary

The Municipality of Haarlem is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for standard office furniture and related maintenance and management services for Haarlem and Zandvoort. The scope includes new and refurbished furniture, such as desks, chairs, cabinets, meeting and break-room furniture, and home-office furniture, together with repairs, preventive maintenance, advice and furniture asset management. The expected average value is approximately €150,000 per year; the framework agreement has a maximum value of €1,750,000 excluding VAT, including extensions. It has an initial term of 4 years, with two optional 3-year extensions. The procurement is not divided into lots; antique and bespoke furniture are excluded.
