Major Planned Maintenance of Element Paving 2027–2030

Summary

The Municipality of Edam-Volendam is procuring a single-contractor framework agreement for major planned maintenance of paved areas across the municipality, with work ordered through individual assignments. The works include removing and renewing paving and foundations, earthworks, installing paving, drainage gullies and pipes, adjusting manhole covers, and removing or installing street furniture; assignments generally cover areas larger than 200 m². The agreement runs for two years from award, with options for two one-year extensions, and may also be used for redesign, reconstruction and rehabilitation works.
