Social guidance for residence permit holders

Summary

The Municipality of Lingewaard is procuring an integrated social guidance service for refugees granted residence permits as they settle in the municipality. The service covers practical support and help with becoming more self-reliant, housing coordination, the participation declaration programme, support with financial self-reliance and the language provider, additional language coaching where needed, and legal assistance with family reunification. The contract is planned to run from 1 March 2027 to 31 December 2028, with up to three one-year extensions, under a framework agreement with one supplier.
