Printing and reprographic services

Summary

Stichting Fontys is seeking one supplier under a framework agreement for printing and reprographic services, including office and promotional printing, examination paper, and reprographic copying and finishing. The forecast annual volume is €200,000: approximately €130,000 for 300–400 printing and print-work orders and €70,000 for 500–750 reprographic orders. The agreement is planned to run from 15 April 2027 to 14 April 2029, with two optional 12-month extensions and a maximum value of €990,000 excluding VAT. Graphic design and desktop publishing are outside the scope.
