Managed Detection and Response services for Radboud University

Summary

The tender seeks one service provider to deliver managed cyber threat detection and response services to Radboud University. The provider must provide security monitoring and supply and manage a SIEM solution with SOAR and XDR, deliver 24/7 first-line alert triage and response under agreed runbooks, conduct threat hunting, process the SURF MISP threat-intelligence feed and actively contribute to detection use-case development. An NDR solution for BYOD devices, possibly introduced at a later stage, is also required, together with foundational use cases. The university’s own security operations centre retains decision-making authority, escalation and second-line response. The procurement consists of one lot and is intended to result in an agreement with one provider; the planned term is three years, with two possible extensions. Check the tender documents for the precise participation and compliance requirements.
