Preventive and corrective maintenance of sewerage installations

Summary

The Municipality of Rucphen is seeking preventive and corrective maintenance services for sewerage installations. The work includes cleaning and inspecting installations, preventive maintenance, fault repairs, and repair, renovation or replacement of equipment and components. The assets include wastewater pumping stations, pressure sewer systems, rain gauges, peripheral facilities, and pressure and transport pipelines. The contractor must provide a 24/7 fault-response service and record and report work in the SAM and Iview management systems; inspections must comply with BRL K14020/01. The notice gives indicative quantities of approximately 23 wastewater pumping stations, 10 peripheral facilities, 385 pressure-sewer and drainage pumping stations, 2 distribution cabinets and 7 rain gauges. These figures are indicative and do not guarantee work volumes. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, initially runs for two years and may be extended three times for two years each. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 12 November 2026. Bidders must demonstrate recent experience maintaining at least 240 pumping installations for one client and hold relevant BRL, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and VCA* certificates or equivalent evidence. Liability insurance must provide coverage of at least EUR 1,250,000 per occurrence and EUR 2,500,000 per year, and the bidder must be registered in a professional or commercial register. The bid must include, among other items, a signed European Single Procurement Document, Russian sanctions declaration, reference, price schedule and materials list, quality responses, and forms covering the use of zero-emission equipment. The bid must cover the entire contract, be in Dutch, and contain no qualifications or variants. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio, with criteria for price, continuity and response capacity, data-led management through SAM, and lower-emission equipment. The contract also includes a social responsibility obligation worth 2% of the contract value excluding VAT.
