Summary

Rijkswaterstaat is procuring the construction and partial renewal of approximately 130 km of fibre-optic infrastructure for its facilities along the Maas in the southern Netherlands. The works include determining final routes, conducting surveys, obtaining permits, and installing and connecting the fibre-optic links to provide redundant connections to the existing network and enable central operation from the Maasbracht Control Centre. The procurement is a single lot, with the works planned from 20 May 2027 to 31 December 2030.
