Play and exercise equipment for the Municipality of Berkelland

Summary

The Municipality of Berkelland is procuring play and exercise equipment and natural-play solutions in two lots for Borculo, Ruurlo, Eibergen and Neede. The initial contract term is 36 months, with up to three extensions of two years each. Bidders may tender for up to two lots, and both lots may be awarded to the same bidder. Price accounts for 25% of the evaluation and quality for 75%. Quality is assessed on the approach plan (20 points), delivery time (15), delivery time for spare parts and/or service (20), and case presentations (20).
