Cleaning services for the Municipality of Laarbeek

Summary

The contract covers cleaning services for the Municipality of Laarbeek’s office building. The aim is to maintain a hygienic and clean working and visitor environment while causing as little disruption as possible to daily activities. The contract will be awarded to one service provider, initially for 2 years and 7 months from 1 June 2027, with two possible extensions of one year each. The estimated total contract value is EUR 481,250. Participation is restricted to social workshops, enterprises promoting the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged people, and sheltered employment programmes in which at least 30% of employees belong to those groups. Tenders will be assessed on price, social return, staff stability and wellbeing, and the perceived cleanliness and quality of cooperation.
