Cleaning services for the Municipality of Sluis

Summary

The tender covers results-based, continuous cleaning services at five multifunctional centres operated by the Municipality of Sluis: Schoondijke, Sluis, Breskens, Oostburg and Aardenburg. The centres are used, among others, by primary schools and childcare facilities; the Oostburg centre also includes the public health service (GGD). The contract is divided into five lots, one for each location. Bids may cover one or more lots, and the municipality may award multiple lots to a single bidder. The planned contract period is from 1 May 2027 to 1 May 2035. The contractor must organise the service to achieve and maintain the agreed cleaning result and ensure continuity; the bidder determines the work organisation, frequency and methods. The service includes regular and periodic cleaning, replenishing washroom supplies, quality checks and reporting defects. Cleaning staff must have the required background-check documents, and additional conditions apply at childcare locations. Bids will be evaluated on quality (70%) and price (30%).
