Technical and professional competence

Summary

This annex (Bijlage G) explains how the Bidder may rely on a Third Party for the qualification requirement related to the Bidder’s technical and professional competence. The Third may be engaged as a standalone provider or as a subcontractor; if involved, the Third must provide the required evidence and be documented accordingly. If the Third is involved, a UEA for the Third must be completed (Sections II A and II B and III), and the Third’s involvement must be disclosed in Deel II C. The arrangement clarifies the roles and proportion of Third participation in the contract.
